Semi-Mobile Crushers & Screens
In applications such as road construction, quarrying and aggregate production, crushing and screening equipment may only be required at a particular site for a limited period before being relocated to the next project. With conventional stationary plants, dismantling, transport and reinstallation can involve significant time and cost, particularly where most of the plant needs to be removed from site once production is complete.
Boratas semi-mobile crushing and screening plants are designed for applications where periodic relocation is required without the complexity of fully dismantling a stationary plant. The crusher, screen, feeder, discharge conveyors and PLC control system are integrated onto a trailer-mounted chassis, depending on the machine configuration.
The trailer-mounted arrangement allows the plant to be transported between sites using a suitable prime mover. Hydraulically folding conveyors and other components reduce transport dimensions and simplify preparation for relocation. Electric drive also allows the equipment to operate from an external electrical supply, eliminating the need for an onboard diesel engine during normal operation.

BLH-Range Wheel-Mounted Hammer Crusher
The Borataş BLH Series Wheel-Mounted Hammer Crusher is designed for high-capacity size reduction, delivering efficient and reliable performance with reduced operating costs. Its wheel-mounted configuration allows the equipment to be readily transported between sites and set up with minimal site preparation.
The BLH14 hammer crusher is designed for the fine crushing of low- to medium-hard, non-abrasive materials. Interchangeable grates installed in the lower crusher housing control the maximum product size and may eliminate the need for a separate downstream screening stage. The final product size can be adjusted by changing the rotor speed and the clearance between the rotor and the lower grate.
The BLH Series is particularly suitable for temporary quarries and project-based crushing operations where the equipment must be moved after the work is completed. Compared with a fixed crushing installation, the wheel-mounted configuration can reduce transport costs, installation time and civil works requirements.
Once delivered to site, the equipment can be positioned and prepared for operation quickly. The feed hopper, discharge conveyor and chassis positioning systems are hydraulically operated, simplifying setup and reducing manual handling requirements.

Key Features and Advantages
Heavy-Duty Hammer Crusher
The BLH Series incorporates a robust hammer crusher that applies high-impact forces to reduce the feed material. It produces a fine, consistent output and is suitable for quarrying, construction and demolition waste processing, and recycling applications involving compatible non-abrasive materials.
Wheel-Mounted Configuration
The crusher and its associated components are installed on a purpose-built wheeled chassis, allowing the complete unit to be transported between sites. This configuration reduces dismantling requirements, shortens setup time and supports efficient deployment across temporary or changing work locations.
High Reduction Ratio and Consistent Output
The specially designed rotor, crushing chamber and adjustable lower grate provide a high reduction ratio and controlled final product sizing. This arrangement supports consistent output and efficient material processing.
Adjustable Product Size
The final product size can be controlled by adjusting the rotor speed and the clearance between the rotor and the lower grate. This allows the crusher settings to be matched to the required application and output specification.
