Boratas Cotrack mobile cone crushers are designed for efficient secondary and tertiary crushing in aggregate production, quarrying, mining and recycling applications. Built around Boratas cone crusher technology, they provide high crushing capacity, consistent performance and good control over final product shape and sizing.

Cotrack cone crushers are suitable for processing medium-hard to hard and abrasive materials such as granite. Typical applications include railway ballast, road base, asphalt and concrete aggregate production, as well as other applications requiring a controlled and consistent finished product.

The hybrid diesel-electric drive reduces reliance on conventional hydraulic drive systems and can simplify maintenance by reducing issues associated with hydraulic hoses and oil leaks. Where suitable electrical power is available, electric operation can also help reduce fuel consumption and operating costs.

The compact tracked design provides high site mobility and allows the crusher to be repositioned easily between operating areas. This makes Cotrack units suitable for both fixed-site production and applications where mobility, reduced setup time and a smaller site footprint are important.

The Cotrack BPC100 is a high-performance mobile cone crusher designed for aggregate production, mining and recycling applications.
