STATIONARY HAMMER MILLS
Stationary Hammer Mills | ITR HMS 100
The ITR HMS 100 hammer mill, the most versatile model in its fixed hammer mill category, features a grinding chamber powered by a 250 kW to 450 kW electric motor (in the 100H – High Impact – version) for optimal roughing of materials before refining and selection. Its hydraulic-operated main components, rotor lifting system with the upper bonnet, and quick maintenance access significantly boost production capacity while reducing operating costs. The reinforced 100H version, designed for heavy-duty materials, includes a reversible rotor for easier maintenance.
Equipped with advanced, user-friendly technologies and various configurations, ITR HMS hammer mills meet diverse production needs, offering features like a loading conveyor with hopper, load metering unit, walkways with railings, a vibrating material extraction platform, and an electrical panel with PLC, control software, and Ethernet line control, making it a leader in the industry.

Fixed Hammer Mill Refiner | ITR HMS ref
ITR Recycling Technology’s HMS Ref series hammer mill is engineered for maximum performance in refining small ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as electric motors, transformers, WEEE components, and circuit boards.
Its grinding process within the chamber ensures high production capacity while reducing operating costs through an efficient maintenance system, making it a top choice in the industry.
Standard features include a loading conveyor with hopper, a vibrating material extraction platform, and an electrical management and control panel.

Stationary Hammer Mill Refiner | ITR HMS HI
The ITR HMS 120 Hi (High Impact) hammer mill is built for processing heavy materials such as electric motors, light ferrous scrap, and aluminum profiles, featuring reinforced carpentry, 50 kg hammers, and a powerful 400 kW motor for handling large material volumes. It incorporates an advanced “Out of Line” emergency hatch system controlled via PLC, which diverts unprocessed materials away from subsequent processing to maintain product purity. The mill includes a loading conveyor belt with options for anti-cut rubberized or metal shutters, and a hydraulic self-tensioning belt pulling system that can be adjusted automatically via PLC or manually. Maintenance is streamlined with features to reduce downtime during hammer and grid changes. Standard equipment includes a shatterproof bar conveyor, a wear-resistant reinforced oscillating loader, the “Out of Line” emergency hatch, and an electrical control panel with PLC, control software, and Ethernet connectivity.
