Pulp and Paper Separation
  • Products: Hard Recycle supplies single- and dual-shaft shredders from ITR Recycling and MLS Makina, engineered for high-throughput reduction of all paper grades and reliable precutting of contaminants. Our Zemmler or Erdwich disc screens and windshifters provide precise two- and three-way separation, while NIR/VIS optical sorters remove residual plastics and inert particles to boost pulp purity. Tecnofer friction-washing modules deink and clean pulp in non-pressurised wash tanks—preserving fibre integrity and requiring no net increase in water use—before high-consistency refiners and centrifugal cleaners enhance bonding properties for stronger sheet formation. Finally, Tecnofer solid-screw and belt presses deliver 80–90% dry solids, and their patented pulper-rejects treatment system combines shredding, washing and automatic pressing to recover up to 98% of fibre from rejects.
  • Complete Solutions:Our turnkey project management covers feasibility studies, pilot-plant trials, detailed engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning—ensuring each phase meets your budget, schedule and performance targets. All equipment integrates seamlessly with existing PLC/DCS and wash-water circuits, with remote SCADA access and analytics dashboards for real-time monitoring of production rates, energy use and maintenance alerts.Through Tecnofer’s pilot plant and laboratory services, we test your specific waste streams to fine-tune system configuration before full-scale deployment, guaranteeing predictable ROI. Comprehensive operator training, customised preventative-maintenance schedules and rapid-response technical support—fully compliant with AU/NZ safety and environmental standards—ensure maximum uptime and long-term reliability.
