Pollutant Suction Systems | OMAR Pollutant Capture Equipment

POLLUTION CAPTURE SYSTEMS

Exhaust Hoods (pollutant suction)| OMAR EH

Exhaust hoods are capture systems used when direct localized suction at the pollution source is impractical.
They can be constructed from materials such as galvanized sheet metal, painted iron, Corten, AISI SS 304/316 stainless steel, and plastic.
Their design varies according to the required airflow volume and the specific operational needs of the machinery.
Our offerings include standard hoods, double hoods (with inner baffle), and motorized/pneumatic swinging hoods, tailored to meet diverse industrial requirements.

Heavy-Duty and Die-Casting Exhaust Hoods | OMAR HDH

Die-casting heavy-duty exhaust hoods are specialized products that O.M.A.R. has perfected over time by focusing on detailed improvements.
These large hoods, constructed from thick painted iron, efficiently capture significant amounts of release agent aerosol from mold lubrication.
They can house various filter panels with different efficiencies, up to absolute filtration.
All hoods come with a robust support structure made from steel profiles and are motorized to slide on guides, facilitating mold changes.

Special Exhaust Hoods for Smelting Furnaces | OMAR SEH

Special exhaust hoods are designed to service smelting furnaces, as different smelting processes require specific capture system configurations.
The high temperatures of the extracted flow necessitate construction from materials such as iron, Corten, AISI SS 304/316/310 steel, and sometimes refractory linings or ceramic blankets. These hoods may include internal baffles or systems to ensure even suction distribution across the entire section.
They come in various types, including fixed, mobile, hinged, and with flaps, suitable for foundry applications.

Exhaust Hoods with Steering Turntables | OMAR EHSt

Exhaust hoods with steering turntable are used where suction systems may obstruct normal work operations.
Their unique feature is the support and movement system, easily controlled with an onboard panel.
The hood can be made from various materials depending on the characteristics of the pollutants to be extracted and is sized according to the required reach.

Exhaust Walls | OMAR EW

Exhaust walls are pollutant capture systems used across various industries.
They can be floor-mounted or supported by legs, featuring a suction front with pre-stamped slats forming longitudinal slots, which enhance capture efficiency and ensure uniform airflow distribution. In painting applications, these walls can include interchangeable fiberglass panels.
The primary materials used for construction are galvanized sheet metal, painted iron, and stainless steel, tailored to specific industrial needs.

Exhaust Cabins & Tunnels | OMAR EC

Exhaust cabins and tunnels are used in painting/drying and foundry sectors. In painting, cabins have front suction with interchangeable fiberglass filter panels, while tunnels are made of galvanized sheet metal with bottom suction and filtered ceiling replenishment.
In foundry, exhaust cabins (non-filtering) are made with modular panels of various materials and connected to the extraction system.
Cooling tunnels for castings have easily removable panels for maintenance/inspection and are equipped with top suction inlets.

Galvanizing Cabins | OMAR GC

Galvanizing cabins are containment cabins designed in collaboration with leading Italian galvanizing plants to meet specific operational needs.
They are constructed with modular painted sheet metal panels and enclose the galvanizing tank.
The short sides of the cabin can be pneumatically opened to allow the entry and exit of pieces, while the lower part of the long side is movable for internal inspection of the cabin.

Exhaust Benches | OMAR EB

Exhaust benches are available in single or double configurations with a perforated front suction surface.
They offer either top or bottom suction and are constructed from galvanized sheet metal, painted black sheet metal, or stainless steel.
These benches can be standalone units with an integrated fan and filter system.

Suspended Suction Arms & Hose Reels | OMAR SSA

Suspended suction arms are ideal for welding stations or workbenches, available in simple or extended versions, and are easy to use and position within the workspace.

They are made from galvanized sheet metal, painted black sheet metal, or stainless steel.

Hose reels feature special anti-crush flexible hoses for exhaust gases from engines and test benches, with special devices to attach to exhaust pipes.

Suction Ducts with Sliding Baffle | OMAR SDb

Special suction ducts featuring rubber air seals and a sliding profiled baffle for connecting mobile equipment.
These ducts are available in galvanized sheet metal, painted black sheet metal, or stainless steel, ensuring efficient air capture and flexibility in connecting various mobile units.
