Acid Substances & Dioxin Neutralization Systems | OMAR – ADNs
ACID AND DIOXIN NEUTRALIZATION SYSTEMS
Lime/Bicarbonate/Carbon Silos | OMAR Slbc
O.M.A.R.‘s storage silos for reactive substances, constructed from painted black sheet metal (available as monolithic or multi-stage units), complete with ground-support legs.
The lower discharge cone features a vibrating plate to prevent material compaction.
Dust filters and pressure relief valves are installed on the silo roofs to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Reagent Transport & Dosing Systems | OMAR RTD
O.M.A.R.‘s pneumatic injection systems for lime or activated carbon are used to introduce these reagents into the contaminated air stream upstream of the filter. This process is facilitated by high-pressure fans or volumetric blowers.
Lime and activated carbon dosing units are equipped with electronic scales to precisely control the amount of reagent injected into the air stream.
These systems ensure accurate and efficient delivery of reagents to neutralize pollutants effectively.

Reactors (neutralization) | OMAR Rs
O.M.A.R.‘s reactors, often referred to as adsorption or neutralization reactors in industrial contexts, are systems designed to enhance the efficiency of chemical reactions between pollutants and reagents.
These reactors are custom-built based on specific requirements and space constraints. They feature particular profiles and internal baffles to ensure thorough mixing of substances. Common materials used for constructing these reactors include painted sheet metal and Corten steel.
These reactors play a crucial role in processes such as gas purification and chemical treatment by facilitating effective contact and reaction between the involved substances.
