Multi-stage Static Scrubbers | OMAR MsSS

O.M.A.R.‘s multi-stage static scrubbers are wet scrubbers that use multi-stage neutralization technology with static packing materials (acidic-basic-oxidative) to remove malodorous substances.
They can be constructed from plastic or AISI SS 304 steel, depending on the pollutant type and reagent required.
Automated reagent dosing is managed by pH/Redox meters and pumps.
These scrubbers handle low dust concentrations (max. 10 mg/Nm³) and are primarily used in waste treatment. Proper contact times, flow rates, and bed heights make these scrubbers highly effective.

Venturi Scrubbers | OMAR SsVS

O.M.A.R.‘s single-stage Venturi scrubbers can treat low concentrations of dust, which are captured in the Venturi throat where high air velocity mixed with washing liquid causes the dust particles to settle at the tank bottom.
They can be made from plastic or AISI SS 304 steel.
The acidic or basic flow is neutralized by an automatically dosed reagent controlled by a pH meter.
System efficiency is determined by the contact time between the washing solution and the pollutant flow in the packing material bed. A motorized sludge scraper keeps the tank bottom clean, reducing maintenance intervals.

Floating Bed Scrubbers | OMAR FBS

O.M.A.R.‘s floating bed scrubbers are primarily used as humidifiers in bio-filtration applications.
Their unique design features floating polypropylene spheres that, due to high flow velocities, facilitate dust removal and self-cleaning of the packing material.
The scrubber’s tank collects the sludge, while an external recirculation pump ensures the proper supply of the washing solution.
These scrubbers can be made from plastic or AISI SS 304 steel, depending on the type of pollutant being treated.

Variable Throat Venturi Scrubbers | OMAR VtVS

O.M.A.R.‘s variable throat venturi scrubbers are specialized wet scrubbers used for treating humid airflows containing very fine dust particles. They feature a Venturi section with a motorized adjustable throat that modifies the air passage section, achieving high dust removal efficiency.
A circular hydraulic ring distributes washing water to both the upper and central parts of the throat, ensuring optimal flow distribution. Downstream of the Venturi, a cylindrical tower with a tangential inlet uses centrifugal force to separate liquid particles.
These scrubbers are effective for challenging particulate removal applications.

Venturi Scrubbers for Press Emissions | OMAR PEVS

O.M.A.R.‘s venturi scrubbers are used in the particleboard press industry to treat exhaust flows composed of steam and wood dust.
Dust removal occurs inside the Venturi, where a high volume of water is injected, causing the dust particles to become heavy and settle in the collection tank below.
Subsequently, a cyclonic separator captures the water particles carried by the airflow.
